The solar street lamp works completely autonomously, charging its battery during the daylight hours, and in the evening, when there is movement, it illuminates the space in front of it for 20 seconds, after which it turns off until it detects new movement. Delivery
For the delivery of the ordered goods, we use the services of the courier company Econt, as well as our own transport for the area of the city of Sofia. If you have preferences for another courier company, we will comply with your requirements, but you must make a request for the courier.
We always send ordered products with the review and test service enabled before receipt.
The delivery price is determined according to the tariffs of the courier company Econt. After placing your order, our employee will contact you to inform you of the exact shipping price. The delivery price is paid to the selected courier and is not calculated in the price of the selected products (in the printout of your order, the delivery price will be reflected as BGN 0).
Shipping prices
For orders over BGN 100. (without VAT), delivery to the city of Sofia is free for all categories of products.
In all other cases, delivery is at the customer's expense.
Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. on a weekday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. or on a non-working day are processed on the next working day. You will be notified by e-mail or by phone that your order has been accepted.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the ordered products are made by us. The standard time for making the ordered products is up to 10 working days. Depending on our current workload and the specifics of each individual item, this period may be different (usually significantly shorter), which we will inform you about when confirming the order by phone or e-mail. If the delivery time is different from the standard one, this is noted on the respective product page. We will also inform you by phone or email.
If you wish, you can also receive the ordered products from our physical stores in the city of Sofia, 27 Beli Brezi residential complex (entrance from Gotse Delchev Blvd., next to ProCredit Bank) and the city of Varna, Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd. 277 (vs. TMT). When ordering online, you can indicate this wish as an additional note to the order.
What do the different stock labels mean?
In stock - products marked this way are delivered within the standard delivery time of 10 working days. In cases where there are different options for a product such as size, power, etc., the product page may list the available options and mark Availability: and list the available options in the product description. Such products are sent immediately after we contact you to confirm the order or after we receive payment by bank transfer (you can also send us a payment order by e-mail).
Products marked with a red Pre-Sale label are currently not available but can be pre-ordered. The delivery time for such products is agreed upon confirmation of the order and may vary from 20 to 90 working days.
Some of the products we offer online may not be available in our showroom. We recommend that if you wish to view any of the products, you contact us in advance at the indicated contacts to ensure availability.
*The maximum amount for payment of an order via "Cash on delivery" is BGN 1,000 excluding VAT. If the amount of your order exceeds BGN 1000 excluding VAT, please choose one of the other payment methods we offer. Otherwise, shipping will be at your expense.
