Besides the convenience of shopping no matter where you are, online shopping also gives you many discounts.
To join the loyalty program you need to be a registered user. If you have not yet registered as a user in our online store, you can do it quickly and easily here - it will take you less than a minute.
For each completed order, bonus points are automatically credited to your account. For every BGN 10 spent (excluding VAT) you get 1 bonus point. This practically means that you can use 1% of each made as an additional discount on your next purchase from Dianid. Don't forget that choosing a payment method via bank transfer gives you another 1% discount on the final price of your order.
You can track the accumulated points in your profile in the "Points" section.
Please note that bonus points are accrued after you successfully pay for your orders.
You can use the accumulated points to get an additional discount on your next order. Each bonus point of yours carries an additional discount of 10 cents when shopping. Choose whether to use the points accumulated in your account by checking before choosing a payment method (as shown in the image below).
Registering on our site is easy and will only take you a minute, and once done you can easily use it to every subsequent order from Dianid, to take advantage of our discounts for registered users, as well as receive individual discounts based on the value of your previous orders.
How to use your bonus points
You can use your bonus points whenever you want. This is done very easily by selecting the "Use bonus points" check box. The check is located in the payment method selection section of your order.
Points cannot be used to pay for shipping costs.
