Payment

We offer the following secure payment methods for the ordered products:

1. Cash on delivery - Postal money order

You pay the ordered products directly to the courier upon receipt. Do not forget to ask him for a receipt for the amount paid. The maximum amount for payment of an order using this method is BGN 1000 excluding VAT. If the amount of your order exceeds BGN 1000 excluding VAT, please choose one of the other payment methods we offer.

If your order envisages the delivery of a package with cash on delivery, the receipt/cash note is issued by the courier at the time of payment (the service is called Postal Money Transfer) and replaces the issuance of a fixed/system receipt according to Art. 3, para. 1 of Ordinance H-18 / 2006 of the Ministry of Finance.

For this purpose - the sender of the shipment - is treated as the recipient of a postal money order, and the recipient of the shipment is treated as the sender of the imposed route.

The date of receipt of a postal money order is the date of receipt of the shipment by the consignee on the bill of lading. The processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of the agreed service.

2. Bank transfer

The selected products will be manufactured and sent to the specified address after receipt of the entire amount due on the account of Dianid ltd. Place an order online, choose a payment method by bank transfer and you will receive an additional discount on the total amount of the order. As the reason for the payment, indicate the order number that you will receive by e-mail.

3. ePay.bg (only for online orders)

 

ePay.bg is a reliable and 100% secure Bulgarian online payment system.

You need to be a registered user in the ePay.bg system to make a payment using your registered debit/credit card or micro account. When choosing this payment method, you will be transferred to the ePay.bg page, where you must enter your username and password and confirm the payment.

4. In cash, at easyPay checkouts (for online orders only)

EasyPay is a national money transfer system. To pay your order in cash at the EasyPay (Izipey AD) checkouts, select the "EasyPay.bg" payment option from the payment options. After finalizing your order, you will receive a 10-digit code that identifies the upcoming payment. Write down your code and visit one of the over 1,400 EasyPay counters nationwide to make the payment.

5. Credit or debit card

You can pay for your online orders by credit or debit card with secure payments through the Epay system.

You can pay for your order with your debit or credit card in our showroom in Sofia city, Beli Brezi bldg. 27 (entrance from Gotse Delchev Blvd., next to ProCredit Bank).

6. Cash

If you prefer, you can pay for the ordered products in cash on the spot in our physical stores - in the city of Sofia, Beli Brezi bldg. 27 (entrance from Gotse Delchev Blvd., next to ProCredit Bank) or in the city of Varna , Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd. 277 (opposite TMT). Please note that our office in Varna only accepts cash payments.
